Announcing Student Events

EXTRA.HSE Event Calendar

The calendar allows you to announce your event on the EXTRA.HSE portal. Announcements are ‘pulled up’ from this portal to the main HSE website. This is a great way to tell the whole university audience about an upcoming event.

You can send an announcement at any time through this formWe will publish it in one working day.

EXTRA Social Media Digest

To promote your initiative on the EXTRA digests on VK and Telegram, fill out the form by 12 pm on the Thursday of the week preceding the event.

Special SISC Newsletter

We can prepare a special newsletter about your initiative for all HSE students (including those in other campuses).

Weekly Student Newsletter

The weekly student newsletter is prepared by HSE's Internal Corporate Communications Unit and sent to all university emails every Monday.

To get your announcement into the newsletter, fill out the form by 12 pm on the Friday of the week preceding the event.

Publications on the Studlife  VK and Telegram channels are published in the format of native posts.

To post material on the HSEafisha Telegram channel, send the event information and programme to the Centre’s PR manager one week in advance.

TheHSE University Life portal and its hse_live Telegram channel publish information on major university-wide events.

HSE University’s official Telegram channel and VK page can announce major events.

Announcing Material on the Main Page of the HSE University Website

You can tell the whole HSE audience about your university-wide event. The publication includes a description of the concept and programme accompanied by photos and videos.

To post material on this resource, send an email with the concept of the event/project to the Centre’s PR manager two weeks in advance. There is no need to send a finished text; its format will be determined jointly with the Centre.

Post-releases about Student Events

Reports on the EXTRA Portal

A journalistic text will be put together by EXTRA editors together with students. To post material on this resource, send an email with the concept of the event/project and the script to the Centre’s PR manager two weeks in advance and arrange for a post-release.

Reports on the Main Page of the HSE University Website

Reports on major and interesting events can be published on the main page of the HSE University website. A correspondent and a photographer from the website can go to the event, or the text can be prepared together with an employee of the SISC.

Photo Collections and Videos in Studlife and HSE University Life

You can report on interesting events that take place at HSE in the format of photo collections and videos in the hse_live Telegram channel and in STUDLIFE. To do this, it is advisable to arrange a publication a week before the event so that we can book time in our photographer's schedule.

Reports about Scientific and Business Events on HSE Daily

To post material on this resource, send an email with the concept of the event/project to the Centre’s PR manager two weeks in advance and discuss the concept.

A correspondent from the portal can write the material, or you can prepare the text with a member of SISC staff. If necessary, the text will be further corrected by an editor.

Official HSE University Social Media Pages

HSE University’s social media pages (the official Telegram channel and VK)page) can publish information about major university events in a short format with pictures immediately after the event (the next day).
