The competition will be held from 29 May to 29 June, 2024. Acceptance of applications for the Competition for Support of Extracurricular Student Initiatives will start on May 29 and will end on 7 June.
You can apply for any non-commercial project or initiative. Projects can be: individual (initiative of one student), collective (initiative of a group of individuals or students from one student community), co-operative (initiative of several student communities).
The competition consists of three stages: call for applications, independent evaluation of the projects by members of the Commission (extramural stage), and online defence before the members of the Expert Committee (in-person stage). At any stage, contestants may consult the Student Initiative Support Centre.
Within five working days after submission, SISC will check your application for compliance with the requirements, after which it is either approved or returned to the applicant for correction and amendment. After the publication of the applications that have passed the extramural stage on the SISC website, project leaders can work on their presentations, the final version of which must be submitted one working day before the in-person defence.
The defence takes place online. Contestants can join the conference 15 minutes before the start.
