Ordering Transportation for Student Events

If your student organisation requires freight or cargo-passenger transportation in preparation for an event, it is necessary to:

1) Contact studsupport@hse.ru and discribe your purpose of transfer order and leave the contact information of the responsible student.  

2) Wait for a response from the administrator of the Centre

3) Receive an e-mail with the contact information of the responsible HSE University driver one working day before the date of transportation.
