Reserve a Classroom for Student Events

Please note that rooms can be reserved for extra-curricular student activities. To reserve classrooms for study group projects and learning events, please contact your faculty administration.

Know the Deadlines

Please pay attention to the deadlines for submitting classroom reservations. The deadline for applications is three days prior to the event (see the table below for details). Applications are processed on working days until 6 pm. Please note that classroom reservations for Sundays are not available.

 

Use the e-timetabling system (RUZ) to see if the classroom you wish to reserve is available. There you can check the capacity of classrooms and their technical equipment.

For student initiatives, there are no reservations for classrooms or meeting rooms on Armyansky Pereulok and Krivokolenny Pereulok.

Once you get a message confirming your classroom reservation, check to see if your event is displayed in RUZ.

Reservations for the Cultural Centre are made through the SmartEvent system. Read more about how to reserve rooms here(in russian).
